The Practice Tests provide a preview of the Smarter Balanced assessments, but do not reflect the full range of content that students may encounter on the actual assessments. As such, the practice tests should not be used to guide instructional decisions about students. No score reports are generated from the Practice Tests.

Regardless of your reason for taking this course, we’ve highlighted the exact steps you’ll have to take for each circumstance. With this guide, you’ll get from point A to point B quickly and easily, no stress involved!
At that time, the judge will give you a deadline by which you must complete an Indiana state-approved driver safety program.
Upon completion, your passing grade will be reported directly to the BMV. You can also request a copy of your completion certificate for your own records.
It’s a good idea to wait at least 2-3 weeks before checking your record to give the BMV time to process your course completion. At that time, you should ensure that you’ve received credit for your course.
You may either appear in person on the date listed on your citation, or you can contact your court by phone to request details on their particular process for attending a driver safety course.

After 2-3 weeks, pull up your driving record to ensure that you’ve received credit for your course. The violation itself will still appear on your driving record, but you should see a 4-point credit that will cover the points incurred by your citation.
When you earn a safe driver credit, you’re taking the course voluntarily. Therefore, there’s no need to contact a court or the BMV. Simply sign up and complete your course – we’ll do the reporting directly to the BMV for you.
Wait about 10 days, and then pull a copy of your Indiana driving record. You should see a 4-point credit along with your course completion!
Most providers will simply ask that you take a BMV-approved course, either classroom or online… and ours makes it easier than any classroom course!
The driver safety program is the same course you’ll enroll in to earn your insurance reduction.
Once you’ve received your completion certificate in the mail, pass it along to your insurance provider to begin your reduced rate!
